Fentonelli's Pizzeria & Bar is looking for a General Manager to lead their team. Individuals should be passionate about hospitality and exhibit strong leadership. Previous management experience required.
Responsibilities include: oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve company objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service/satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Directly responsible for all functions of the restaurant including, but not limited to; purchasing/inventory, cash handling, scheduling, maintenance of quality standards, sanitation/cleanliness, staffing and standards of excellence.
