We are seeking a hard working individual for our Line Cook position to join our culinary team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in food service, particularly in casual dinning, and will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. This role requires a commitment to food safety and an ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of line cook experience preferred but not required
- Individual who is able to work Part-Time and/or Full Time
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
