We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations at Penca. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, dedicated to excellence, and skilled in managing a team. You will be responsible for overseeing full time kitchen operations, managing inventory, and ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are upheld.
Staff already includes three dedicated cooks and a dishwasher, as well as a fully staffed FOH. Looking for someone to lead our team to success as we enter the busy season here in Tucson.
