Hiring a full time dishwasher for a high-volume, high-quality breakfast & lunch & dinner establishment. Immediately available shifts are for dinner service - 5PM to 10PM - with flexibility to cover brunch service a plus, when needed.
Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout their 6-8 hour shift, move dishes from various stations throughout the restaurant to sinks (this involves interaction with guests at times), monitor chemical levels & temperatures, minimize waste & breakage by moving carefully through their work environment, and polish glassware & silverware to high standards - all at a very high volume & while maintaining a clean work environment.
Professionalism, strong communication skills and a good attitude are of course also paramount!
Must be able to take feedback & meet standards to maintain the excellent reputation of our locally-owned kitchen.
Compensation $15/hr + tip pool & shift meal.
Optional health insurance at 32 hours, which is our standard of "full time"
