Villa Peru Restaurant is looking for an experienced bartender/server to work in Peruvian fine dining at the Joesler Village. The bartender will focus on about 12 Pisco Craft Cocktails as the theme of the bar is a Pisco Bar. Villa Peru needs a bartender willing to serve tables as well. Schedule is approximately 2-3 nights a week with one of them being a Saturday. There is flexibility depending on the applicant to have more or less hours.
Villa Peru is looking for an outgoing personality, someone who loves people, experience, energy, a TEAM player, someone with knowledge of Latin-American cuisine, knowledge of wine, and someone who self-motivated. Must be able to provide first class service and be customer service oriented. Must be able to provide bottled wine service with confidence & competence.
