Responsibilities:Educate and provide technological and academic training to surgical technology studentsDesign and implement lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilitiesEvaluate student performance using various assessment methodsProvide ongoing student advisement and academic counselingIdentify and support "at risk" students, referring them to appropriate campus resourcesParticipate in academic committees to enrich programs and student lifeEnsure compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standardsCollaborate effectively with all campus departmental staffMaintain a safe and effective learning environment in the classroom and lab settings
