Description Key Responsibilities:
Review customer accounts and analyze data to determine eligibility for trade-in promotions.
Research and resolve discrepancies, ensuring customer accounts meet promotion requirements.
Decide on applying credits or rejecting cases based on thorough evaluations.
Handle fallout situations, such as lost devices in transit, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.
Utilize ServiceNow-based tools and internal billing systems to perform tasks efficiently.
Self-assign tasks as they arise, demonstrating initiative in a fast-paced work environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 6 PM PSTFlexible lunch options: half hour or one hour. Work hours can be 8.5 or 9 hours per day within the specified timeframe.Requirements
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Experience in project management or analytics is a plus.
Proficient in understanding technology and using relevant software tools.
Ability to manage a high volume of work with accuracy.
