Deliver implementation or consult projects to achieve successful on-time schedule completion and client satisfaction
Engage with key stakeholders before and after sales to ensure the project scope meets customer expectations.
Implement solutions with a deep understanding of departmental procedures and guidelines.
Conduct client training as part of the implementation process.
Contribute to process improvements by reviewing feedback from clients and the department.
Travel to client sites to install software, adhering to departmental procedures.
Maintain a strong commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the relationship.
Collaborate with and mentor other Professional Services Consultants to enhance overall product knowledge.
Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely project completion.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Healthcare or Information Technology or related degree
3+ years of experience in a Life Sciences/Pharma, Clinical/Public Health, Environmental Science or Toxicology Laboratory
3 years of experience writing SQL queries (Oracle DB knowledge preferred)
3 years of experience with report development (Telerik, Actuate, Crystal)
3 years of experience working with application interfaces (HL7, API, etc)
