Description We are offering a role in the telecommunications industry for a Receptionist in Tucson, Arizona. The position involves front desk responsibilities and administrative tasks, including managing appointments, answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining organized records. The successful candidate will also be familiar with the leasing process, including conducting property tours, handling inquiries, and assisting with lease agreements.Responsibilities: Answering phones and redirecting calls to the respective departments. Handling front desk responsibilities efficiently. Managing appointments and scheduling for the team. Responding to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner. Maintaining organized records of all the transactions and communications. Conducting property tours for potential clients. Handling inquiries related to leasing and property details. Assisting with lease agreements and ensuring all legal requirements are met. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Continuously updating skills and knowledge in Receptionist Duties, Leasing Consultant, and Lease Administration. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Requirements Possess at least one year of experience in a receptionist role or similar position Proficient in handling all receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments Experience in lease administration and understanding of leasing consultant roles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and photocopiers Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures Familiarity with customer service principles and practices High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
