Responsible for pre-analytical processes within the life cycle of the laboratory specimen: collection, packaging, shipping, receiving, processing, tracking, and archiving.
Interfaces with Eurofins CellTx clients to resolve specimen issues.
Recommends changes in services, processes, and policies that enhance pre-analytical efficiencies.
Works with Quality Assurance to resolve client complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies.
Assists department as needed with routine operations.
Supports Eurofins CellTx’ business philosophy, leadership values, and ethics.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
MinimumQualifications:
Minimum 0 – 2 years of experience
New to the clinical laboratory testing environment
Strong customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills and analytical skills
Able to lift 30 pounds and be on feet for a portion of the day
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Potential Environmental Factors:
This laboratory carefully maintains all hazardous materials. All employees must abide by Eurofins CellTX’s Safety and Exposure procedures. This includes using the provided safety clothing and equipment.
