Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is based in Tucson, Arizona, and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring effective communication with our customers, managing their inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This role is crucial for the smooth running of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.Responsibilities: Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls. Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date customer records. Schedule appointments, ensuring smooth coordination with the administration team and service department. Manage customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Efficiently handle email correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to maintain records and perform data entry tasks. Greet customers and provide valet services as needed. Collaborate with the service department to ensure effective service delivery.
