Up to $23.00 per hour, plus a $1.50 bilingual differential.
Requirements:
Bilingual- Fluent in English and Spanish a must
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
Preferred: 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
Graduate from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare vocational training.
BLS certification required.
Experience with EClinicalWorks or similar EMR systems.
Preference for geriatric patient experience.
Skills and Abilities:
High emotional intelligence and integrity with a dedicated work ethic.
Initiative-driven with creative problem-solving skills.
Effective collaboration with individuals of varying seniority and diverse backgrounds.
Strong customer-oriented communication skills.
Proficient in claims/quality reports and analytical software.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
Additional:
Occasional travel may be required for company meetings.
