Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Prepares and performs balance sheet reconciliations including 2 bank accounts.
Maintains daily general journal entries including cash receipts, disbursements and accruals.
Assists with month end closing and reporting.
Reconciles various general ledger accounts.
Performs any other functions delegated by Director of Finance.
Maintains and audits event settlements.
Education and Experience
B.S. in Accounting or equivalent through combination of education and experience.
Ability to interpret and process financial accounting and reporting.
Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
