SUMMARY
Provides testing administration and/or proctoring during administration of standardized state tests (AASA).
Preparation of test tickets.
Administration of groups and student test registration within Pearson testing platform.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
One year working with children in an educational setting to include classroom management experience.
Basic computer and word processing skills.
Willingness to learn new computer programs and to troubleshoot basic problems.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
Physical ability to push loaded Chromebook cart and distribute, set up, take down, and put away Chromebooks for testing.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card (at employee’s expense).
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience working with K-8 classroom settings.
Experience with test facilitation and proctoring.

Effective: 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR
This is a seasonal position. (Hours will vary, but will be 20-30 hours per week during the month of April).
Hours may vary depending on AASA testing schedule.
Position is less than 30 hours per week and is not eligible for benefits.
Testing is seasonal throughout the school year. Hours will vary depending on the testing schedule.
