Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Carden of Tucson, Tucson, AZ
About the Role:
Carden of Tucson is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This offers an opportunity to work closely with small groups of students, providing individualized support and instruction in accordance with their IEPs. The SLP will work under the supervision of the Special Education Director and the Carden of Tucson Director. With our current caseload, the position will be 3 hours 2x per week for a total of 6 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide screening, diagnostic assessment, therapy and consultation services in the area of communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with general education teachers and families.
Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
Qualifications:
Current Arizona Department of Education Speech and Language Pathology certification
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
Current Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
