Looking for experienced provider to work with special needs children in community or home based programs; Program service hours would be after school or when schools are out for holidays, breaks, etc. Service hours at home could be any day including weekends. Many staff utilize their own vehicle and/or an agency vehicle. Those with good driving record and reliable car would be ideal; documentation experience (daily notes, progress notes, etc) would be required in both settings. Must have or obtain Central Registry Background check, Class 1 fingerprint clearance, CPR, 1st Aide, Article IX. Position would be Part-time to start but opportunities for fulltime is available provided 90 day probationary status is met. Only those that submit resumes shall be considered.
