We are looking for a passionate and experienced Montessori Lead Guide to join our team. Our School community is one of a kind with amazing children and families. This opportunity is in our Primary classroom for children 3 - 6 years old. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Our school offers a very peaceful environment at the base of the Catalina Mountains.
Our school is comprised of around 60 children, dedicated staff, and very supportive families. We have been serving Tucson, Oro Valley, and its surrounding areas since 2011. We offer year-round preschool and kindergarten for children ages 1 1/2 to 6 years of age. Our staff has the option of participating in a matched 401k and profit-sharing opportunities. Salary is commensurate with experience. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for candidates with Montessori Lead Guide experience. Staff hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Required:
- AMI, AMS, or Montessori certification from a MACTE accredited institution
- At least 1 year of lead guide experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
