Wonderful, smaller preschool on the Northwest side of town, off Cortaro and I-10, looking for a 4 -year-old teacher to work Monday-Friday from 8am-noon. It could be between 20-25 hours a week. We follow the Marana school district calendar, so when the schools are closed- we are too. This is not a year round position as we are closed for two months during the summer, 2 weeks for Christmas break, 1 week in Oct. for fall break, and 1 week in March for spring break. We are a Christian based preschool with weekly chapel lessons. We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and motivated individual who LOVES to work with children ages 3-5 (potty-trained). You could work with the other 4 year old teachers to plan and implement curriculum, or plan on your own. You will be in a classroom with up to 11 children. We close at 12, so you will not be working long after that time. You would just lightly clean your classroom and get it ready for the next day. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This classroom has the same 11 children every day.
We are looking for someone with:
At least 6 months experience in a licensed facility
Has Christian values
Social Security Card
Finger Print Clearance Card or Finger Print Clearance Card application (which we will provide)
CPR and 1st Aide certified (or willingness to get certified since we require all teachers to have this)
High School Diploma and/or College courses or Degree
T.B. test. (needs to be done before your start/hire date).

Training classes- all teachers are required to have 18 hours a year of ongoing training classes. (You must be ok with getting 18 hours of extra training a year).

Salary: From $13.00 per hour
