Red Lion Inn & Suites in Downtown Tucson Arizona, is looking to hire a qualified, experienced maintenance/Night Audit to join our staff.
Basic responsibilities include:
Performing preventative maintenance care in hotel rooms
Performing necessary maintenance on an as-needed basis
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as, drywall, pluming. silicone application, painting, cleaning equipment, inspecting, etc.
Perform intermediate tasks such as maintaining PTAC units, equipment repair and upkeep, simple electrical work
Hotel Front Desk/Night Audit(11pm-7am)
Greet, register/check-in and assign suites to guest of the hotel.
Verify identification and form of payment; submit credit cards for authorization.
Make and issue appropriate suite key cards to guest.
Answer incoming phone calls; make and confirm guest reservations for the hotel.
Perform Bucket check for registered guests.
Record guest requests, complaints on the Guest Log.
Upon guest check-out, present guests with accurate charges on guest folio; make any changes as needed.
Upon guest check-out, collect necessary payments.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby
Assist in keeping the Front Desk stations clean, organized and stocked with necessary items
