- Assist with process enhancement, policies and procedures
- Super savvy in excel, Hyperion Essbase and AXIOM SL—user (not developer)
- Solid understanding of full E2E reporting cycle to regulators
- 8 years of minimum financial institutions background with 5 years of direct regulatory reporting experience in production (actual report preparation quarterly, monthly, semi-annually and annually)
Skills Sets: QuestionDecisionRole1. When last time they have worked on CCAR Reports, Which reports (If it is not recent then drop such cases as candidate will not able to recall details as well as may not be updated on changes)A recent is must (not beyond 2018)Reg Reporting SME3. Was it more from capacity of lead/reviewer or maker (most of senior profiles are in capacity of reviewer or PM role & may not be willing to work as maker kind of role)Maker is mustReg Reporting SME4.
