Position Details:Pediatric Patient·Acuity Level: Gtube·Location: Tempe (85281)·Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 3:30p-9p Wednesday 12p-8p (Mid Day Shifts)About case: Patient is a pediatric male patient who is needing help 5 days a week. They are 5.5 and 8 hour shifts, The patient has a gtube. This family is a wonderful family to work with.(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
