Description:
Lead assigned team members (typically 10-20) and contractors to ensure the safe, high-quality delivery of the company's products and services.
Identify, develop, and implement processes that support continuous improvement within the field installation team.
Actively participate in customer and leadership team meetings as assigned to provide subject matter expertise.
Lead operational improvement initiatives for field installation team.
Document critical processes and provide appropriate training as required.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of leadership responsibility
Experience with vinyl applications, signage, banner frame systems, and events
Previous leadership experience and overseeing 5+ people
Experience managing crews, scheduling, and job tracking
Computer skills (MS office, Corebridge preferred)
