The journey will begin with a four-month contract training program, during which you will study for and obtain your SIE, receiving extensive training on clients, systems, and products. Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job training on our Service 360 team.
You will serve as the first point of contact for Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education and experience.
Experience: 0-2+ years in a client-facing, service-oriented role, ideally in a team-based environment.
Core Skills: High empathy and a passion for helping people, strong problem-solving abilities with an initiative-taking attitude and high sense of ownership, strong attention to detail, proficiency in using computers and customer service software, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and a strong curiosity coupled with a desire for continuous learning.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable: Experience in or education about the financial services industry.
Day in the LIFE: picture our contingent worker taking 30-35 calls from advisors. These advisors are likely sitting in person with their client who may not understand how to move their month to pay their grandsons tuition or to buy their daughter a house, our contingent worker after 6-8weeks of training will be skilled in not only WHAT paperwork needs to be done, TIMELINES, IMPLICATIONS of doing so, etc. It requires someone to multi-task and answer questions effectively and efficiently.Experience LevelExpert LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
