- Main POC for client when it comes to tools and tech produced by our client and used by our teams
- Gain deep understanding of tech being produced by our partner and how it's used by our teams
- Align with client goals for tools / tech, task work to team (tool integrations, maintenance, fixes and more) and also expect to perform some of these tasks as well
- Partner with our teams to gather feedback on tools and champion feedback / change recommendations / tool ideas back to our client
- Hiring, training, mentorship, performance management of direct reports Required skills/qualifications and experience:
- Experience leading / managing development or SDET teams
- Experience leading development or SDET teams
- Strong development background (7+ years) using C#, .Net Framework and .Net Core
- Experience with WPF - prism or MEF Required skills/qualifications and experience:
- Past experience with UI/UX
- SQL
- Experience with Azure
