Job DescriptionAn employer of Insight Global's in the Tempe, AZ area is looking for a Customer Care Representative to sit remotely. They will be responsible for working through an intake queue to perform data entry for faxed in prior authorization requests, as well as making outbound calls for any missing information. It is important that this individual has strong data entry skills and strong attention to detail. Insight Global is looking for Customer Care Reps with great customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people. This position will always remain a remote opportunity supporting the following states: Kentucky and Maine.Must be flexible as the schedule may vary between a 5-day work week Monday Sunday.Training: first 3 - 4 weeksRegular Shift: Monday Sunday (with 2 days off); shift will range between 8am and 9pm EST.
