- 7+ years as a BA working on software dev projects (someone with experience working on a technical project)• Project experience (experience working on a software development project)• Ability to support various application modules during the project• Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience• Software test case development, test execution experience• Azure DevOps experience• Experience working with a utility company a plus• Willing to work in the office multiple days a week (possibly 5 days a week - flexible work schedule)• Ability to adjust and align with the work management process used by DOC• Align information technology systems with business operations by analyzing innovative solutions
