Jim Brown and Sons is currently seeking an experienced full-time Service Department Manager with emphasis on service management for our customers. Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager the Service Manager coordinates all service activities and supervises all service personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.
ABOUT Jim Brown and Sons Roofing, we are a family-owned company located in Glendale, that has been serving Phoenix and the great state of AZ for over 40 years. JBS provides both commercial and residential roofing services statewide.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
5 years of verifiable experience with all roof systems such as BUR, Single Ply, Tile, Comp, Shingles, coated systems, etc.
Basic computer skills
Able to manage a team of 6 or more employees consisting of 2 to 3 separate crews
Valid drivers’ license
Must be able to pass a drug screen test
Must be able to climb a ladder and NOT be afraid of heights
Must have ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
Bilingual a PLUS!

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift

Experience: roofing: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
