Night manager for 100 unit Sierra Vista Apt complex

Immediate opening for a night manager for a 100 unit elderly only (62+) apartment complex in Sierra Vista. This is a live in position where the night manager's responsibility is limited to responding to any calls for assistance from a tenant via a pull cord system that rings in the manager's unit. Night Manager is on duty from 4:30 pm to 7:30 am every day and all day on Sunday. Night manager is not required to stay up all night but to walk the premises at 10 pm each evening. Compensation is limited to free rent for one bedroom unit plus free utilities (electric and gas and internet). A monthly salary may be available after three months of satisfactory performance.
