We are hiring a full-time Maintenance Tech to join our team. This position does require previous experience in apartment maintenance. Must have pool certification and working knowledge of how to diagnose and fix HVAC units. Prospect must have their own power tools and regular tools to perform work. This entails working with plumbing, painting, sheetrock repair, flooring and everything included with turning an apartment.
