We are looking for an experienced Property Manager 200+ unit complex in Sierra Vista. Must have verifiable recent property management experience.
Work duties will include, but not be limited to:
-Advertise and rent out vacant units
-Run background checks on all rental application
-Generate lease agreements and move new residents in
-Collect and deposit all monies received and enter in property management system.
-Maintain accurate resident files.
-Serve notices
-Light housekeeping duties involved
-Create work orders as needed and make sure they get done in a timely manner
-Place orders with vendors as needed
Must be willing to work some Saturdays.
