Qualifications
Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as social work, home health, or assisted living is preferred.
Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs safely.
Knowledge of patient care practices.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
Certification in CPR/First Aid/CNA is a plus but not required at the time of application.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
