ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
1. Supervision of and caring for members in the program setting and in the community.
2. Maintain program documentation, implementation, safety, and cleanliness.
3. Provide assurance of human and civil rights of members at program and during transportation.
4. Participate in in-service training sessions for growth and development as requested by the supervisor.
5. Follow and adhere to the COVID protocols and assure that members do as well.
6. Transport members and/or staff safely and within all guidelines and laws. Assist member on and off the van.
7. Maintain good relations with members, guardians, co-workers, and the public.
8. Assist members with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) such as feeding, toileting, and general caregiving which may include lifting.
9. Assist members with recreational activities both on and off campus.
10. Maintain a professional manner and appearance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Only applicants that meet the following minimum requirements will be considered for employment:
21 years of age or older
Valid Arizona Driver’s License
39-month Driving Record submitted for review and approval
Current Level One Fingerprint Card or ability to qualify for one (pass a background check)
Job Type: Full-time, no weekends

$150 Sign-on Bonus! If you have a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Card, along with current certificates in Article 9, Infant/Child/Adult CPR, First Aid, Prevention and Support, and pass the required background checks, you may beeligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $300.00. All bonuses paidafter 30 days of successful employment!
