Join our Tend team to create a magical atmosphere for a classical string quartet performance set amidst 2000+ candles. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented event staff to assist with the setup, breakdown, and operations of the Candlelight series. This role requires hands-on manual labor, exceptional customer service, and organizational skills to ensure a 5-star guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Setup Duties:
Transport and place candles throughout the venue to create the desired ambiance.
Assist in setting up operations, including arranging seating and decor.
Ensure all supplies are organized and ready for showtime.
Showtime Duties:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Scan tickets and verify guest entry.
Usher guests to their seats and provide event-related information.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest questions and concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the event.
Breakdown Duties:
Pack up candles and all supplies efficiently.
Organize materials to prepare for the next event date.
Ensure the venue is left in pristine condition.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform manual labor and lift to 30 lbs.
Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
Prior experience in event setup, breakdown, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Flexible schedule and punctuality.
Additional Information:
A private parking lot is available at the venue.
Professional black attire is required (dress code details will be provided).
