OverviewSOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Strategic Program Advisor in Sierra Vista, AZ . The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses experience in both sales/business development and service delivery cycles, with direct knowledge of the U.S. Army NETCOM digital vision and strategic direction.Responsibilities
Researches, identifies, analyzes, and aids management in the execution of new business initiatives
Supports management in contract development, customer negotiations, and product enhancements; and coordinates with management to review and create business development activities
Determines adaptation strategy to changing marketplace conditions and develops business strategies to increase company revenue and brand value
Collects and evaluates customer requirements and business data develops strategies that meet the requirements and charts the course for future growth
Initiates, directs, and grows strategic partnerships, and closes relationship deals for an organization
Consults to ascertain and define need or problem area and determine scope of investigation required to obtain solution
Advises on alternate methods of solving need or problems or recommends specific solutions
Directs, grows and retains partnerships through strong relationship-building and ongoing client engagement strategies
Analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures to determine most useful business solutions
Analyzes requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing technical business systems
Performing special projects and other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Active In-Scope Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 5 years direct experience in delivering IT services to U.S. Army NETCOM contracts/customers
Experience managing personnel and requirements in support of DoD customers both within and outside of the Continental United States (CONUS and OCONUS), with the ability to integrate those requirements into proposed solutions
Detailed understanding of the NETCOM data footprint, digital environment, digital vision and data fabric/data mesh pathway
Specific knowledge of the Army virtualization solution and way-ahead, with insights into Army implementation of future technologies
Detailed understand of the business operations and relationships across NETCOM staff, and specifically within the NETCOM G-6
Knowledge of the planning and engagements of NETCOM Current and Future Operations organizations
Understanding of the Army cloud current operational capabilities and future direction
Ability to translate current Army needs and future vision into a roadmap for industry solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in business or information technology preferred
