As a PKI Service Desk Technician, you will provide technical and system support for the U.S. Army NETCOM Center at Fort Huachuca, support our clients’ critical IT mission, perform systems administrative and operational duties, manage accounts in Active Directory, troubleshoot hardware issues, prepare activity reports, respond to user queries, and contribute to process improvements.Become an integral part of a professionally diverse team while working at an industry-leading organization, where work/life balance and employees come first. Resolve daily PKI and card access tickets which include user permissions, SSL certificate requests, servers, and applications access requests.

Will manage reinstatement and renewal of user privilege accounts.

Assist with system upgrades, version uplifts

Maintain, support, and troubleshoot PKI systemsfor infrastructure issues.

Monitor PKI infrastructure and ensure operational readiness.

Evaluate all certificate types for problems, issues, renewals, and revocations.

Assist end-users with certificate-related issues.

Administer the PKI certificate lifecycle for various applications and solutions.

Provide End-user certificate support for certificates.

Support certificate requests, escalating to senior members as needed

Participate in projects to deploy new PKI applications and services.

Implement changes to the PKI infrastructureand change control policies and procedures.

Swing Shift

Sunday - Thursday

2:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Must be a US citizen.

Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security Training,CySA+,GICSP,GSEC. etc.)

AA/AS degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts or two (2+) years of relevant experience.

Current Computing Environment (CE) certification (required within 90 days of performance start date).

Experiencemonitoring and evaluating the performance and security of PKI systems.

Communicate effectively with customers who have different levels of technical knowledge and expectations.

Knowledgeof the security principlesfor protecting customer data and PKI systems.

Experience with PKI systems, such as certificate errors, access issues, encryption failures, etc.

Preferred:

Active T3 security clearance.

BA/BS degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.

Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) servers experience.

Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.

Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Accurate and precise attention to detail.
