Job Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and any other guest inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
Handle guest check-out processes and ensure satisfaction
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with reservations
Process payments and handle cash accurately
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with guest inquiries or concerns, resolving issues when necessary
Ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
Basic computer skills (experience with hotel software is a plus)
Positive attitude and a team player mentality
2. Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards
Change bed linens, towels, and restock supplies as needed
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, making sure rooms are spotless
Report maintenance issues or damaged items in rooms to the supervisor
Ensure all housekeeping bags are stocked and organized
Adhere to hotel safety and cleanliness standards
Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 25 lbs)
Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
