We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team. We are a small accounting and tax firm in Sun City. This position will require bookkeeping duties to include monthly reconciliations, monthly financial statements, general journal entries, etc. This position will also require scanning, answering phones, filing and tax return assembly. The hours for this position will vary seasonally. The position will be full time Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm from January thru April, and most of September and October. Part-time hours from May thru December averaging 28-32 hours a week. Microsoft word and excel experience necessary. QuickBooks experience is required and QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.
