Full-time / Part Time. $19. - $30. Hourly DOE. Flexible scheduling.

Repairs, Clean-up, General Building Projects, Maintenance Projects, Re-hab Work, Organizing.
General Construction Projects, Labor and Assistance. Property re-hab. Rental Property Upkeep.
Odd Projects. Light Landscape Maintenance .
GREAT FIT:

GOOD:
Good ability to problem solve. Good verbal communication skills. Experience with tools is a plus.
Motivated to get things done in a timely manner.
Physically fit and able to perform a wide variety of manual tasks.
Service oriented, attention to small details.
Listening to and following directions accurately. Ability to organize tasks.
Fast learner. Clean professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
Able to work in-doors and/or out-doors day to day all seasons if and when needed.
Handyman skills are a big plus.
REQUIRED:
Punctuality. Honesty. Keep an active cell phone. Have valid AZ drivers License.
Reliable transportation to and from work. Not afraid of getting on a ladder.
Willing to get dirty at times. English or English/Spanish speaking.
PAY:
Pay completely depends on what you have to offer, so don't ask me up front for a number - If I like what you have to offer I in turn will make you a fair and equitable offer, then you can say yes, no or negotiate.

Attention losers, I can practically smell liars, criminals and addicts and mentally unstable people. That being said, crack-heads, meth-heads, pill poppers, drunks, thieves, liars or constant job hoppers need not waste your time. Personal time - just save pot and/or drinking for your personal time and don’t let it be on your breath at work. Being high at work could get you injured but surely will get you fired. I prefer you don’t smoke or vape but we can certainty work around it if you tell me up front and it doesn’t interfere with your work.

Training is available for the right person regardless of experience. Understand that your pay will be dependant on many factors and not just actual experience. This is a legit job offer from a real company
in business since 2002. Scheduled days and hours can be full or part time for now depending on our agreement. Please indicate your interests and hours of availability. Some overtime may be available.
