We are looking for a Property Manager and Office Manager with an active AZ Real Estate License who knows the ins and outs of the industry. As both a Property Manager and Office Manager, you will be responsible for property management, marketing, administrative tasks, and most importantly keeping things Hassle Free!

Roles and Responsibilities:
Property Management
Handle tenant and buyer/borrower communications, including payment collection
Manage property maintenance and property turns
Marketing
Keeps properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow up, and property showings.
Manage online property marketing and physical marketing at properties
Transactions
Handle all paperwork and transactions for buying, selling, and renting properties
Process rental and loan applications
Administrative tasks
Take phone calls to generate leads and provide service to tenants
Manage bookkeeping and filing
Qualifications
Active Arizona Real Estate license with a basic understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws
Fluent in Spanish (preferred) and have excellent customer service skills
Tech savvy, with computer software experience, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs. Quickbooks experience a plus
2+ years of experience in property management (preferred)
Understanding of basic financial and accounting principals

At Hassle Free Houses, we have been buying, selling, and renting homes for over 15 years. Our original focus was on selling homes with seller financing, which allows people a “hassle free” option for buying a home, without having to qualify for a bank loan. In today’s market we continue to offer seller financing, but we also own and manage rental properties, we “fix and flip” properties, and we provide private loans to real estate investors.
