Hi, I am 63 next week. I took all the profits from my 2 businesses, and invested them in single family rental homes, in north east phoenix, the past 40 years. It was a good move, homes I paid $120 k for, 34 years ago, sold for $550 k. Homes I paid $100 k for,10 years ago, sold for $300 k . I am looking to partner up with a broker, or investor.
