We believe this opportunity is excellent for college students and recent graduates with business, marketing, and advertising experience or know-how but is open to anyone who is qualified. Our firm is currently looking for talented individuals interested in learning more about and gaining experience in the real-estate industry. We know we offer a superior service and an intern would help us begin to expand and maximize our chances to share that with more people in Arizona. Our style is efficient and effective allowing us to be highly competitive in fees saving our client's time and money. In 2022, the average savings results in an additional $10,313 sales proceeds for our client's all in under 30 days from listing to close.
If you share this opportunity with someone who we find is a fit we will pay you a $50 referral fee upon their first contract.
SCHEDULE:
- Work at your own pace
- Remote/work-from-home/mobile
- Pay is dependent on results
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Networking with potential customers
- Market our firm's services through advertising method of your choosing (word of mouth, online with approval, etc.)
- Secure new client listing agreements
- Collect contract signatures physically or digitally
- Photograph the exterior and interior conditions of properties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 16+ years old
- Method of capturing high-quality photos (high-end cellphone, DSLR camera, etc.)
- Professional demeanor and business acumen
- Respectful
- Self-motivated and driven
- Capable of using technology to upload photos and send emails
- Comfortable speaking to strangers or family about financial topics
- Able to communicate intelligently and concisely both verbally and written
PREFERRED:
- Bilingual/Trilingual
- Photography experience (course-work, professionally, framing skills, AirBnB listings, etc.)
- Degree/Study in Marketing and Advertising
