LOCATION: Lakeside, Eagar, Show Low
AIRES, LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Lakeside area. As a DSP, you will provide essential care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and autonomy.
Engage in meaningful social and recreational activities.
Maintain accurate documentation of progress and daily activities.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the well-being of people living at program
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience or education in healthcare or human services preferred.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be able to pass background checks.
Be dependable and punctual.
Be 18 years of age or older.
Must pass AIRES required trainings.
Must have the ability to pass background check with Arizona Central Registry, Arizona Adult Protective Services, and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance.
For positions requiring you to drive, must have a Valid Arizona driver’s license and be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
