Who are we?

We are a very fast growing residential house cleaning company that has been in business since 2021 with currently over 1000 recurring customers and adding daily We have over 50 amazing cleaning techs and adding weekly. Everyone at Dirt Busters lives and breathes our three core values which are Be Kind, Be a Team Player and Own It! We are very results driven and love a challenge.

THE JOB

-As an Ops Manager you will work 45 - 50 hours per week

-Hours depend on business needs and may change depending on those needs.

-Compensation is a base of 60k to 70k depending on experience with opportunity for bonuses after a 90 day probationary/training period.

HIRING

-Hiring Field and Ops office staff

-Conducting interviews

-Onboarding

-Training

How do I know I'm successful?

We have adequate field staff in the right areas

We do not have too many field staff in the wrong places

Identifying red flags in interviews and hiring the right people

Having the right ads out to attract the right people

Staying within budget

Everyone has clear accountability and consistency

No-one is questioning what their duties are

Everyone understand their job function and expectations and meets them

Have all the right people in the right seats

Meets and exceeds weekly/monthly/yearly goals set

Meets or exceeds employee attrition goals

CUSTOMER ATTRITION

-Handle all customer cancellations

-Keeping current customers happy

-Not keeping customers that do not fit our target market

How do I know I'm successful?

Our customer attrition in meeting or lower than company goals

We have few to no complaints

We do not keep difficult customers that cause our techs issues

We are meeting our company online review goals with 0 negative online review due to our negligence

DISPATCH/ROUTING

-Routing and maintaining master schedule

-Maintaining consistency with the field route

-All dispatch processes are being followed

-All technicians are driving under the goal set by the company

-All routes make sense and are efficient

How do I know I'm successful?

All dispatch processes are being followed

All techs are consistently driving under company goal set

The techs are happy with their routes

There is consistency with the routes

Customers are being held accountable to cancelation/reschedule fees

There are few schedule changes

We are not losing revenue due to mismanaged schedule

Coming up with new ideas on how to be more efficient with our routes

Accountability of staff

ACCOUNTABILITY for all Ops staff including:

-Field techs

-Field manager

-Dispatching

-Ops assistant

-All HR functions of the Ops department

-Attendance

-Safety compliance

-Processes compliance

-Meeting goals

-Efficiency

-Staying within budget

-Managing COGS

How do I know I'm successful?

The Ops team is meeting all company goals set

Everyone is on board and rowing the same direction

Our quality is meeting or exceeding expectations of company goal

We are under budget for the OPS dept

We are under budget for all COGS

Everyone is in the right seat and proving the same value

Everyone is being held to the same standards

Processes are all being followed

You’re bringing ideas and suggestions or issues to your team or leadership team that need to be addressed

Everyone is super efficient

We have no lost unemployment claims

We have no workman's comp claims due to neglect on our part

Field staff is all delivering the same quality and consistency

How do I know I'm a successful Ops manager?

My staff is happy

We have little no employee attrition

We are hiring the right people

The schedule is amazing

Everyone has clear expectations and is meeting them

There are no excuses from anyone only solutions and results

Everyone including you is following the processes and using the tools

Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly and yearly goals set by the company

I am bringing ideas, suggestions and solutions to the team
