- Experienced in eliciting business requirements while building consensus with cross- functional teams
- Experienced in documenting the appropriate level of user story detail and acceptance criteria that developers can use to code, QA can use to test, and business users can sign-off.
- Experienced with Agile development and related activities.
- Experienced in documenting current state processes and facilitating development of future state processes.
- Comfortable interacting with various levels of authority and able to develop rapport with those stakeholders.
- Detail oriented and provides consistent follow-through on commitments and deliverables.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite of applications including Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, MS Teams.
- Comfortable in a multi-threaded environment with frequently changing priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree required .
- Industry experience in Home Building (or a closely aligned industry)
- An understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Experience in Service Now
- Experience in Salesforce
- Experience in JD Edwards Enterprise One Homebuilder and Financials
