We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!Your MissionThe Partner Support Team is responsible for exceptional support and service to Nuvei partners, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed effectively, efficiently and within agreed upon SLAs and KPIs. The team is focused on developing strategic partner relationships and operating as liaison between client and business to ensure continual commitment, revenue growth and client satisfaction.Requirements

Lead and develop a team responsible for providing exceptional support to partners, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed effectively, efficiently and within agreed upon SLAs and KPIs; including daily operation support, project initiatives, and partner development.

Develop and implement support strategies and processes to enhance partner satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Implement results-based performance tracking; focused on client satisfaction, client retention, team reputation, and P&L performance.

Serve as a point of escalation for complex partner issues, working closely with various internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Provide training programs and resources to educate partners on product/service offerings, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

10+ years experience managing partner/clients and partner support teams; experience in customer service, retention, or sales.

Experience developing and driving support strategies and processes to enhance partner satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Aptitude for building rapport and trust among others quickly; ability to manage and resolve client escalations.

Ability to analyze support metrics and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing actionable solutions

Strong analytical skills and ability to understand billing, contractual, and/or technical issues.
