Studio F - Special Events Staffing

Studio F is seeking enthusiastic and dependable On Call individuals to support our special events production team. This role is physically demanding and requires a hands-on approach to event setup, logistics, and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is solution-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in special events, live production, or warehouse operations. Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Studio F Designs, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Follow directions accurately and listen actively to team leaders and supervisors. Work cooperatively as part of a team to ensure smooth event execution. Use hand and power tools (training provided) to assist in event setup and breakdown. Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, balancing, stooping, and carrying event materials. Work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day) in indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes in varied weather conditions. Assist with truck loading and unloading, warehouse coordination, and product handling. Support on-site production and logistics as directed by Studio General Manager or crew lead. Maintain a disciplined and efficient workflow with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Consistently deliver quality work under pressure and tight deadlines. Provide courteous and professional service to both internal teams and external clients. Communicate clearly and maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
