Restaurant Reservations Supervisor

Reporting to the Director of In-Room Dining & Restaurant Reservations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:              Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceSupervise the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedMaximize revenues by upselling and following budget guidelinesHandle guest concerns, reacting quickly and professionallyBalance operational and Colleague needsHave full knowledge of all menus and promotionsEnsure Colleagues have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods being served in the Food & Beverage OutletFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assigned
