A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN for part-time evening shifts with rotating weekend responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providersUtilize client-customized protocols to deliver patient-centered careComplete charting and documentation using electronic medical records (EMRs) and internal applicationsRequired QualificationsMUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN licenseExperience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is requiredExperience in a fast-paced environment such as ED, surgical services, or critical careMust be able to complete three weeks of remote paid trainingMust be available to work every other weekend and some holidays as required
