Description We're looking for a versatile Office Administrative Assistant / E-Commerce Specialist to be the backbone of our daily operations and e-commerce initiatives. This multifaceted role combines administrative excellence with e-commerce expertise, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth and work closely with our Founder/CEO. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and a passion for e-commerce, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

Handle email communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Prepare and proo documents, reports, and presentations.

Ensure office organization, including managing supplies and handling incoming calls.

Monitor and report on monthly sales, sales tax, and key performance indicators to inform business strategies.

Utilize analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Oversee and optimize third-party e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and Dormify

Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce clients, ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment.

Manage integrations, apps, product listings, inventory, fulfillment processes, and advertising strategies to maximize sales and visibility.

Develop sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to enhance online presence and profitability.

Collaborate with affiliates to drive revenue and brand awareness.

Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for growth.

Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues on third-party sites, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels.

Ensure accurate inventory levels across all platforms, coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to manage stock effectively.

Oversee order processing and fulfillment, ensuring timely shipment of products and addressing any issues promptly.

Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring efficient handling of return packages and mail.

Manage inventory, including monitoring and organizing office and e-commerce supplies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and client satisfaction.

Cultivate a customer-centric approach within the e-commerce framework, ensuring all customer interactions and transactions are handled with the highest level of service.

Implement systems and processes to monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Develop and maintain comprehensive FAQs and support documentation to assist customers in self-service, reducing the need for direct contact while ensuring information is easily accessible.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

3-5 years of experience in office administration and/or e-commerce, with a strong focus on online marketplace management.

Proficiency in computer applications like Google Suite and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart).

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Reliable and punctual, with a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks.
