Junior UI/UX Designer

Spear Education is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience across our digital ecosystem. If you love bringing ideas to life with tools like Figma and are driven to make an impact through design, we’d love to hear from you!Job DutiesDesign and prototype user-friendly interfaces using Figma, ensuring responsiveness and scalability across devices.Leverage and contribute to Spear’s design system to maintain consistency and streamline development.Collaborate with Product and Development teams to refine prototypes and deliver production-ready assets.Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.Conduct user research and testing to understand customer pain points and use insights to inform design decisions.Analyze customer data and behavior to recommend strategies that reduce friction and boost engagement.Stay current with design trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Support the creation of scalable, component-based UI elements for use across our platform.Ensure accessibility compliance and usability standards are met in all designs.
